Jaravé Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jaravé. We take pride in the quality of our syrups and sauces, and your satisfaction is important to us.
1. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund (where applicable).
2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Clear photos of the damaged or wrong item must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please contact us at jarave.my@gmail.com with your order details. We will review your case within 3–5 working days and guide you on the next steps.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
