Jaravé Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Duration

• West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

• East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
  Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance and location.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — follow our social media for updates!

5. Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at jarave.my@gmail.com so we can assist in resolving the issue with our courier partners.
